I have done this already
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1005394). It has been
fixed in F18 and F20 but they cannot compile lilypond 2.16.2 with F19
(uncompatible tools). Only 2.17 can so we wait until 2.18.0 is out to
update F19. Meanwhile, you have to copy the files manually in your
home directory.
