I’m a little surprised that Joe said the code was working. He can’t have 
used this version then, since this is a LilyPond comment (prefixed with 
%) inside a Scheme code block (marked by #() ). Scheme comments start 
with ; – see the Extending Manual for more on Scheme syntax.
