Hi,
It seems like you don't pass the screen parameter to Xfbdev (it needs the
screen resolution and bpp mode)
# Xfbdev -nolisten tcp -ac -mouse mouse -keybd keyboard -screen 240x320x32

Hi Dmitry,
It's a guess but it looks as though your board has not been built with
frame buffer support in the kernel.
I'm not sure about the mode error. The only platform I've run on are an
old MAC G4 box using.
