That would be a realy useless option.
Clients should never be dismissed due to their high rank. Instead they
should be sorted by the rank and when a file has to many sources the
worst rank should be removed first.
If there are only 5 sources a queue place of 5000 is better than
nothing. With 10000 sources queued everything above 500 is most likely
useless.
