Hi again, David. This time I am starting with a clean setup of Ubuntu 8.04 and 
following your instructions. As I mentioned in the previous email, your command 
to install Rails 1.2.6 worked fine. Even the rmagick installation worked. It 
barfed though on the mega gem installation line - got through several but hit a 
problem with not being able to install documentation for some reason - log 
below. Any ideas?
