Unfortunately, 'make nmhdist' doesn't include everything that should be
in a distribution. Omitted include
Only in nmh/docs: README-ATTACHMENTS
Only in nmh/docs: README-HOOKS
Only in nmh/docs: README.SASL
But that should be easy to fix.
