Hi Norm,

Your email to the list that I'm replying to:

Taking those IP addresses above,

    $ host 198.144.192.45
    45.192.144.198.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer shell0.rawbw.com.
    $ host 198.144.207.170
    Host 170.207.144.198.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
    $
    $ host smtp.tsoft.com
    smtp.tsoft.com is an alias for smtp.rawbw.com.
    smtp.rawbw.com has address 198.144.192.45
    $

So 198.144.207.170 handed over email to shell0.rawbw.com and said in the
HELO it was smtp.tsoft.com but its IP address isn't reversible and it
also isn't the IP address for smtp.tsoft.com/smtp.rawbw.com.

That may have a bearing on what you're seeing.

Cheers, Ralph.
