Update of bug #44471 (project octave): Severity: 3 - Normal => 2 - Minor Priority: 5 - Normal => 3 - Low Item Group: Incorrect Result => Performance Status: Works For Me => Need Info Summary: uicontrol('string','foo') hangs Win 4.0rc1 => uicontrol('string','foo') may be slow with many fonts installed _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #4: Updating the bug summary to describe the problem better. I still don't see any delay on Linux or Windows XP (no non-default fonts installed on Windows XP VM). I can only guess that this may get worse the more fonts are installed? Needs confirmation and more information to understand what causes the delay you are experiencing. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?44471> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
