built simulating a source package - adjusted the src/Makefile.in to remove the doc. - ./bootstrap - packed all directories in parallel-3.0.4.r200.tar.gz pkg build parallel-3.0.4.r200.tar.gz I am not aware of a way to pass configure options from "pkg build"
