First, verify that you're using the pan that Ubuntu ships now, and that
it's version 0.134. If not... file a bug with Ubuntu!
If you're using the shipped version and it's 0.134, then file an upstream
bug. Here's where many of them are dealt with, but yours appears to be
something that's going to require more work to trace and time to fix, so
definitely file it in the bug-tracker as well.
AFAIK, pan's feedback or bug report (under the help menu) still takes you
to the right place, gnome's bug tracker, with some fields already
helpfully filled in. That's if you already have a gnome bugzilla account
and the proper unexpired cookies, otherwise you get a login prompt first,
and may have to setup an account if necessary and login first, then try
again to do it with the cookies in-place, to get the advantage of the pre-
filled fields.
In the PKovar/KHaley team, PKovar is handling the gnome side of things. I
don't know if KHaley has more than user bug privs there or not. But
regardless, they still go to gnome's bugzilla, there's been no changes to
that, as far as I know.
