Aha, okay. We were discussing PDF generation in the GNU IRC channel and I
mentioned that I would like to be able to generate multi-column PDFs from my
Texinfo sources. It was suggested that GNU PDF might provide this as a library
type interface, though I really have no idea about the architecture of pdftex or
GNU PDF so I took this at face value.
