It shows no respect when you some code which is licensed as LGPL and put it
as GPL into the api. That's what i mean.

I totaly agree that we need to take care of the license. But i also think
that we don't need is to do the way we do it currently. The fun is going
away.
Why not let the class in cvs, talk with the developer of this class and put
the updated class later in cvs too. No we destroyed some other work, only
because a little clause. That's what i can't understand. Ralf did not copy
some from SCO, just some code which the author of class want to be released
under the LGPL.
