we are talking about a messed up lgpl ... the additional text in the
header info of that js scripts is not lgpl conform, ok

and btw: it is written in a section of the lgpl itself, which says
everyone has the right to use a gpl'd copy of lgpl'd code. so if the
author licenses code under the lgpl, why it should be a disrespect if someone
else holds a copy of this code licensed under the gpl? this is the right
of everyone and a part of the lgpl itself... and the author of some
code uses the lgpl and knows about this section. but this just as an
additional note... :)

our problem is the violation of the lgpl through the additional text in
the script headers, what i explained in one of my emails already.
