There isn't really a "source". If there is, AFAIK, these font designers
use strange proprietory blargh. Essentially, if you have a TTF/etc it
contains the vector data you need so you don't need any external source
AFAIK.

I'll have a go at doing this. See http://www.high-logic.com/fcp.html for
some software. It's trialware, but I guess that should be long enough to
finish the job. All we need is a permission slip from the author. [
