first you have to checkout ( I will check your permissions on savannah ) the 
html modules

then you keep a local copy and edit the site by regular cvs add/delete/commit

to check out the site make this :

cvs -z3 -d:gserver:address@hidden:/webcvs/ co /non-gnu/protux
