[Protux-devel] release 0.20.1

Hi, 

I packaged 0.20.1 which contains some (important) bugfixes. Please, test it 
and read first the "Changelog" to see if those changes are working for you 
to. 
Reinhard reported that he:

- sees no "level" on the bus in 
- MONO files and pan are still not working.

These are working for me, so please let me know if it works for you to.
