I'm not sure exactly what sort of form it should take, but I think
there should be a section which is more user orientated.  For example:

* `Getting Started' guide (particularly aimed at spss refugees).
* List of (un)supported commands/features.
* Examples.  Showing all the wonderful things PSPP can do.

And in general  I think the web site could be blowing the PSPP
trumpet a few dB louder (without violating GNU philosophy or web
standards of course).
