Sorry for not replying yet, am currently a bit low on time. I'm also
a bit of lacking netwm_pid setting applications. A program showing the
problem here is psi, a graphical (sic) jabber client. Version 0.9.3

Some option to disable netwm_pid code would be nice. (Especially as
I imagine some people are too used to first start the program and
then focus the right frame while it is loading).
