[RP] "ratpoison -c foo" outputs to stderr - bug or feature?

I am using the current ratpoison 1.4 beta from Debian unstable and noted
that the behavior of "ratpoison -c" has changed. "ratpoison -c windows"
for example no longer outputs the window list to stdout, but to stderr.

Since this breaks a couple of my configurations and scripts (including
rpgrep), I am wondering about the rationale behind this change. It
doesn't really make sense to me that messages that aren't error messages
end up on stderr, apart from the fact that stderr is harder to use in
scripts...
