        Good. I added the miles user to the passwd file of the /cvsroot/emacs
repository. Could you please confirm that it also works with it ? 

        cvs -d :pserver:address@hidden:443/cvsroot/emacs co emacs

        If it does, please use this repository instead of the /cvs repository
(we are desperatly trying to obsolete it ;-).
