Sorry for the delay, we are just a bunch of volunteers so
sometimes it takes us some days to answer a question. We
apologize for the inconvenience. If you'd like to help us,
we'd be happy to welcome you in the team.

Concerning your problem, I do not know what you are trying to
do, there is indeed no syncmail file in your CVSROOT but a 
syncmail,v what looks completely normal.

Could you be more verbose please ?

What is the maximum delay before a request gets assigned to?
 This is really frustrating - the traffic is not much still 
no response. It's over 72hrs since I posted the query.
