Hello,
 I have rightly uploaded the "syncmail" file to the 
repository. But it does not get executed each time I 
commit.
 I get the following error:

  sh: /cvsroot/jilc/CVSROOT/syncmail: No such file or 
directory

 Please this as URGENT.
