Description:
this project aim to do an audio note recognition software

the input is a wave signal captured trough the alsa pcm device and the output 
is a simple midi stream launched trough the alsa sequencer

first features are:
real-time recognition
monophic resolution
instrument tuner

here are a first version

(the two last packages are two little libraries OANR needs for compiling (c.f.

Other Software Required:
- Qt
- CommonC++
- alsa
- openal (should be fastly replaced by alsa-capture)
- two small libraries: first one does common music tasks and the second is a 
little c++ standard extension. Theses libraries will be include in the project 
(I dont know how at this time, but sources will be present)
