Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

After reviewing your project, we found a problem with one of its required
components, AT&T graphviz. AT&T graphviz is not free software and its
license is incompatible with the GPL.

More information about its license may be found at this URL, under "AT&T
Public License":
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#NonFreeSoftwareLicense

Due to the license conflict, your project can not be hosted at Savannah as is.
However, if you are willing to rewrite your code to work without AT&T
graphviz, (you could use a free alternative), we would encourage you to
resubmit your project once this is done.

Regards,
