I could not resubmit the project Rooster Graph because the "System Name"
(rgraph) was already taken (presumably by me).  I have removed the
GPL-incompatible dependency (the only change is the output format is now the
standard GXL http://www.gupro.de/GXL/ format, instead of the proprietary
AT&T graphviz format), and would love for the project to be reconsidered.
