I don't know what it takes to bypass these firewalls.  I was at these
places for a couple of days each, so I cannot check them now.
However, address@hidden could perhaps tell you more.
Maybe he can find out what those firewalls allow.

If something as a simple as supporting another port number solves the
problem, let's do so.  Be sure to include full instructions for use of
this method in the instructions for user access, so that the people
who need this can find it.
