Much as I would prefer otherwise,
my expectation is that if python support continues,
it will be half-hearted at best.
Probably the best I can hope for is that someone
will point me to something good on how to tcl.
If there are no reasons to keep the Python-IF alive we should stick on TCL as
the one and only interpreter. The SWIG-configuration needs to be modified
accordingly and checkdebug.tcl should be the only files to be supported.
