I've been seeing this too (here I go admitting I read Slashdot... I only
do it for the headlines!) Haven't had any luck with them in quite a
while.

Except, of course, just now.

I was about to see with tcpflow what was going on, but of course just
then everything went smoothly, no problems at all. Observer effect hits.

Are you guys still seeing this, or has some random modification fixed
this problem? I'll try to monitor the situation, too bad it's not too
easy with the 30 minute frequency enforcement.

BTW, seems I fixed the problem I mentioned, with PollManager throwing
ValueError.
