I apologize but I'm still puzzled. In "-batchmode", I don't want
the BLT graphes "dropped" completely since I still would want to
set file output as 1. (i.e. i.g. [avgEnergyGraph setFileOutput: 1];).
And have swarm to write the output to output files.
Therefore, BLT graph, in this case "avgEnergyGraph" must still be
active. I think.
