`more' is actually a COMMAND.COM thing.  You might poke around the
Cygnus / gnu-win32 site to see if someone has built `less'.  Offhand,
the only obstacle that might exist would be to get a terminal emulation
library (e.g. termcap) working.

(I use Emacs for most things.)
