Hi,

I finished installing both cygnus and swarm on my NT machine but can
not run swarm after I enter cygnus. The following is the result

total 218
-rw-r--r-- 1 0 everyone 25746 Mar 19 15:55 Copying
-rw-r--r-- 1 0 everyone 270 Mar 20 20:55 Readme
-rw-r--r-- 1 0 everyone 393728 Mar 16 16:52 cygwinb19.dll
drwxr-xr-x 5 0 everyone 0 Jul 7 15:17 packages
drwxr-xr-x 16 0 everyone 0 Jul 7 15:17 swarm-1.1
-rwxr-xr-x 1 0 everyone 18729 Mar 20 09:09 swarm.exe
drwxr-xr-x 8 0 everyone 0 Jul 7 15:17 swarmapps-1.1
-rwxr-xr-x 1 0 everyone 51 Jul 7 15:17 vars.bat
bash-2.01$ swarm
bash: swarm: command not found
bash-2.01$ cd ..
bash-2.01$ ./Swarm/swarm
Aborted
bash-2.01$

Why can't I run swarm by just typing swarm in the subdirctory of swarm?
Is my cygnus not properly installed? But, why can I run swarm directly
by clicking on swarm.exe and run some of the demo programs(heatbugs,
market,...) after I enter Swarm?

Any answer is very appreciated!
