Problems compiling SW under cygnB19/Swarm

Hi all
 I am trying to compile my software under B19 and Swarm 1.3.1
I installed all the stuff, but, when I try to compile my simulation the
system said
"-LC:/Cygnus/B19H-i386cigwin32/lib' cannot specify a relative directory"
I can compile all the .m, and when the system begins to  create the binary,
I have the message "-LC:/Cygnus/B19H-i386cigwin32/lib' cannot specify a
relative directory"
Any hints?
