Hi Steve,

   Without NT in front of me I ca't give you exact instructions.  As I remember,
you can get the NT scroll bar from the options? in hte window itself.  I think 
you
just change how many lines are to be displayed, something like the vertical 
size of
the window.  Instead of physically changing the size of the window, it just adds
the scroll bar.
