If you cd to /usr/src/redhat/SPECS, you should then be able to run:

  rpm -bp swarm-with-hdf5-1.4.1-3.spec

which will apply the patches needed for Redhat 6. The resulting
source tree will be found in /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/swarm-1.4.1, and
you should then be able to use that as the fixed-for-RH6 source tree in the
configure/make style of building.

Ideally, you'd just be able to run:

  rpm --recompile swarm-with-hdf5-1.4.1-3.rh6.src.rpm
  cd /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/swarm-1.4.1
  make install

to unpack, apply the patches, build and install Swarm. But I'd be surprised if
that worked, though, since AFAIK that (S)RPM was only intended for
Intel-based Redhat 6.
