initSwarm error?

This is weird!  I just got an error without recompilling!!!

I ran my model, quit, and then re-ran it.  When I re-ran it I got this error:

Sorry Marcus, I can't provide any code as such, the error seems to be comming from initSwarm.  What in the heck could have caused this?  I did not recompile before the error showed up.
