Just to make sure: are you using the default `javaswarm' that
uses libkaffeswarm.dll or a modified version that uses javaswarm.dll (e.g.
for Sun JDK). And I guess you know either file goes in Swarm-2.0.1\bin.

If not, it sounds like you're trying to make an index on a non-
Swarm-collection object. What are the instances where you using
begin: in your model?
