Trying XML stuff on NT.  Compiles, doesn't run.  Is :
the same as ; in path separation in sh scripts?  

Class files are all in ./heatbugs and ./swarmxml
xml4j.jar is in ./

Error message on run is

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/w3c/dom/Document

which of course is in the jar file, so ?
