We haven't tested Cygwin 1.0 (which is the commercial version of Cygwin
that will be B21, eventually). The latest version we've tested
is B20 from http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin.
It's probably just the version/registry entry that is changed. You
can probably use 1.0 by installing B20 first, then install Swarm, and
then 1.0.
