Well, I think it is important to make sure that any pathological
cases for -localSearchCellX:Y:Input: are understood before looking for
system-related explanations.
However, you could experiment with different values of "ulimit -s XXX" to see
if the program crashes earlier/later. Maybe that limit changed
between the two versions of SuSE? FWIW, the libobjc that is
distributed with 2.0.1 isn't modified in a way that would make any
heavier use of the stack, especially.
