Mmmmm... I don't think that I modified the javaswarm from the build. I never do 
it.
If you type javaswarm I think that you get the values of the environment 
variables, am I right?

Look at the contents of LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
If you don't have that then the problem is mine and so I might have introduced 
something wrong (don't remember when).
