Error using HDF5Archiver, putShallow/sync in Cygwin Swarm

Hello:

I am using HDF5Archiver to serialize data streams, using -putShallow and
-sync. The code works fine in the Linux installation, but in the
Cygwin/Windows the following errors are generated. I am clueless how to
solve this problem, any ideas?
