[Swarm-Support] Java Swarm on Win XP

Hello,

I am about to install Swarm 2.2 on XP.  I see on the swarmwiki that if I only wish to use Java, I don't need Cygwin etc.

In this case, is there still some command line procedure for compiling, running, and perhaps doing batch runs ? My undersanding is that I would need cygwin anyway in order to do command line interaction with java swarm.

Can anyone confirm this ?
