It's a simple matter?  So, if I polled the community, how many of them
do you think could do it?  If it's simple, then the majority of them
could do it, correct?

Actually, the instructions and manuals for making R modules are clear enough and the design is rigorous enough that anybody who tries hard can do it.
It would not be as hard as writing a working swarmapp, for example.
