Hello,

I talked with Frederik and we think that it could be a good idea to move
all the files located in the scripts directory to /usr/bin/directory. If
you are okay with that, I can make the changes and produce a new patch.

Ok for me too.
If those files are moved to /usr/bin
it may be worth checking is there is no "name clash" with things
we usually find in /usr/bin

In that case adding a tsp_ prefix to those files may be necessary.
(this is not necessary for bb_* scripts)

All the files available in the scripts directory are the following :

/usr/scripts
/usr/scripts/bb_check_id
/usr/scripts/bb_check_version
/usr/scripts/bb_create
/usr/scripts/bb_destroy
/usr/scripts/bb_dump
/usr/scripts/bb_find
/usr/scripts/bb_findlabel
/usr/scripts/bb_help
/usr/scripts/bb_memset
/usr/scripts/bb_publish
/usr/scripts/bb_read
/usr/scripts/bb_synchro_recv
/usr/scripts/bb_synchro_send
/usr/scripts/bb_write
/usr/scripts/stub_ascii_writer_config.dat
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_async_sample_read
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_async_sample_write
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_close
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_extended_information
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_filtered_information
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_information
/usr/scripts/tsp_request_open
/usr/scripts/tspcfg_example.xml

Almost all the files seems to be prefixed with bb_ or tsp. But when I look at this list, I think that two files have not their place in the /usr/bin directory : /usr/scripts/tspcfg_example.xml and /usr/scripts/stub_ascii_writer_config.dat.

According to you, where should these files have to be located ?

Best Regards,
Olivier BONHOMME
