Separating host descriptions and host software descriptions is a little
strange, but I understand we can't put the software informations in the
hosts configuration file. Maybe we can move the <set_of_parameters> out of
the tarball class description and give them a name (the purpose is to reuse
these tags in other tarballs - useful for g++-3.2 for example).

(I like the idea of <union> and <intersection>)
