Not natively, but it play Theora & Vorbis with:
1. A plugin: http://xiph.org/quicktime/ or;
2. The Cortado streaming applet from http://www.theora.org/cortado/
Option 2 is better, IMO, because it doesn't require website visitors to
install software.
Plus, the Cortado applet gives practically every browser -- all the way
back to Netscape 4, IIRC -- the ability to play these files.
