Hello,

So, I've been thinking about features for chicken and how to break them up
into implementable pieces. 

My thoughts go along the line of inspecting the CPAN archives for commonly
used perl packages, LWP, CGI(especially the param function), DBI, etc. and
lifting them for implementations in chicken.

This would go well with felix's tool he's writing tom imic how CPAN works for
perl.

What do you think?
