INSTALL is about having a binary package.
I didn't find build.txt. It has an unconventional name, and there are
a ton fo files.
Normally, INSTALL is about building from source. I do see in INSTALL
now that it points to build.txt
I do see in README (now) that it points to build.txt.
So hard to say what, really, but even more obvious pointers would
probably help people.
I have no idea how normal my experience of looking for this and not
finding it is.....
