[Health] Clean-up of old GNU Health packages

Hello,

I'm planning to clean up old GNU Health packages on openSUSE, namely
GNU Health 3.6 (released Nov. 2019)
GNU HEalth 3.8 (released Feb. 2021)

I will delete the build repositories by the end of january, unless someone 
stands up and explains that he needs it desperately....anyhow, an update t a 
more recent version is highly recommended
