Ogg Vorbis should play on any Android device, it is part of AOSP.

Ogg Theora (video) is another story, not sure about that.

I am reading through this thread but if anyone has precise,
complete/functional direct alternatives to Google Apps, it would be
important to update this resource:

I would also like to know what other repositories exist that are
compatible with the f-droid tool .
